Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (MASLP/BASLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and hearing disorders. The ideal candidate will work with children and adults to improve their communication skills and auditory health using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct hearing tests and diagnose hearing impairments.
• Provide therapy for individuals with speech and language difficulties.
• Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Counsel patients and families on communication strategies and hearing conservation.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and medical professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain patient records and document progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s (BASLP) or Master’s (MASLP) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification and licensure as per local/state regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of all age groups.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, or schools is a plus.
