Everyone knows what to be done in case of physical injuries ranging from a simple bandage for cuts to a basic life support (CPR) for a cardiac arrest or at least seek for a medical help when we do not know what to do. However, we may not encounter such physical issues/trauma everyday but come across at least one person in our day to day life who suffers from sadness, guilt, rejection, relationship issues etc and we do not know what first aid to offer or when to seek an assistance. Sometimes, even we do suffer from mental injuries and are unaware of how to overcome them and preserve the mental energy.
