A counseling psychologist by profession, Arshi currently works as a school counselor with a reputed school in Gurgaon, Haryana. She has completed her graduation in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a Masters in Psychology from the University of Delhi, North Campus. She has completed a year-long Child and Adolescent Therapy Program from Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Centre, New York.
Arshi always wanted to work in a school, as mental health, addressed at a young age, builds resilience and adaptive coping mechanisms. She believes in working with protective factors available in the child’s environment as context plays a crucial role in social-emotional development. She works extensively with teachers and parents for the well-being of children.
