The world is nothing but an ocean of thoughts. The more you understand what thoughts you create, the easier it is to address diseases. It’s like listening to the radio to find out where the traffic is heavy and avoiding it by taking a different route.

Diabetes happens when you want the current situation to be something other than what it is; when you always desire something better and convey to yourself that the current situation is making you unhappy. Change your thoughts and you will change your life! Please don’t give up. There are other routes to health!

Educate yourself

Life is not about blindly doing what others do or say. There are a lot of things that are beyond our control. Not asking questions about products in the marketplace has led to a big epidemic. Please check labels. Do not consume anything because of media or social pressure. Forty percent of all commercials are paid for by pharmaceutical companies. It is not okay to take pills! Only sick people do that, and it’s not what our bodies are for.

Medical schools are now akin to trade schools. They learn 2 plus 2 is 4, and when they see you are 4.2 they either convince you that you are a miracle or beyond normal, or they desperately match up a prescription that will make you equal 4. Educate yourself that health care professionals have mastered only one subject. Not everyone’s physiology is the same.

Take responsibility

You come first, so put yourself ahead of everyone. Aim to inspire. People will follow you sooner than later. We are very particular about what kind of gas we put in our cars, but we do not really think twice before sipping a soda. We can always replace our vehicle, but we are given just one body.

Eat a plant-based diet

Do not eat anything processed and loaded with sugar. Sugar blinds us and we lose our clarity. A plant-based diet increases awareness and brings clarity. Even changing your diet a little can make a huge difference.

Let go of all heaviness

It’s easy to be light! Forget past regrets and relive every day as new. Stored emotions and feelings create energy blockages and bring ill health. Live your life like a free bird, and not as if you are carrying a mountain on your shoulders.Try to travel light mentally and emotionally, and you will naturally look light physically.
