Navarathan Crunchy Laddu

Ingredients

1 small cup Peanuts

1 small cup Cashew nuts

1 small cup Pistachios

1 small cup Sesame Seeds

1 small cup Raisins

1 small cup roasted Chana dal

1 small cup Almonds

1 small cup finely chopped Dates 

1 small cup grated Coconut

5 Cardamoms(Elaichis)

2 cups grated Jaggery

1 cup Ghee

Preparation: 

1. Dry roast peanuts, cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, sesame seeds separately.

2. Once cooled, blend all the ingredients- roasted peanuts, cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, sesame seeds, roasted chana dal and elachi, coarsely in a blender. Note: (Do not powder) 

3. Heat a pan and melt jaggery, keep stirring until you get a soft ball consistency. To check, drop little syrup in a bowl of water, you must be able to roll and get a soft ball.

4. Add the crunchy powder to the jaggery syrup and keep on stirring. Now to this, add grated coconut, chopped raisins and dates and stir. 

5. Allow it to cool for 5 mins and prepare laddu by adding ghee and your healthy and delicious navrathan laddu is ready and you can store it in airtight containers.
