Flaxseeds Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bananas(chopped)

  • 1 cup fresh yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2tbsp honey

  • 2tbsp flax seeds

 

Method:

In a blender jar add chopped bananas, fresh yoghurt, rolled oats, honey, flax seeds and few ice cubes(if you want it chilled) to it.

Blend until all ingredients mix well. Pour equal quantities into 2 glasses. Extremely healthy for breakfast!
