Apply some castor oil to your eyelashes and your eyebrows (if necessary) before going to bed. Castor oil is known to help in hair growth and helps with thick eyelashes and dense eyebrows.
Cucumbers are known to have so many benefits especially for the eyes. Crush some cucumber juice, mix it with rose water, apply this to your eyes and keep on for 20 minutes. It helps reduce puffiness. Sliced cucumber over your eyes are a great way to beat those tired eyes.
Foods like papaya, spinach, drumstick, carrot have a lot of beta carotene in them which help with healthy eyes.
Rest Rest rest! Adequate sleep and rest are very essential for healthy eyes.
Make sure to exercise at least three to four times a week to help improve blood circulation and let your eyes get enough oxygen.
Another trick to keep your eyelashes dark and dense is to mix some glycerin in coconut oil and apply it over them.
