Butter Onion Dosa

Ingredients:

1. Moong Dal: 1 Cup

2. Urad Dal: 1 Cup

3. Rice: 3 Cups

4. Chopped Onions

5. Chopped Chillies

6. Chopped Ginger

7. Butter for Frying      

Preparation of Dosa Batter:

1. Soak moong dal, urad dal and rice for 5 hours and grind them finely till it becomes a smooth batter.

2. Leave it to ferment for about 4 hours.

3. Add salt to taste and mix it well.

Procedure:

1. Heat an iron pan and spread the dosa batter in a circle.

                                             

2. Sprinkle finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger.

                                             

3. Sprinkle butter and wait till it becomes golden brown.

                                             

4. Turn dosa carefully and have it with your favourite chutney.
