Ravleen Khera, a commerce graduate, quit her CA studies to follow the path of yoga and pilates. A regular at yoga for over four years, she has been practising under the guidance of Uttara Sharma. Ravleen has experienced the benefits of yoga and can therefore say with conviction that yoga calms the mind, makes one more mindful and rejuvenates the body.
She completed her RYT 200 Teacher Training course under Dr. A.L.V Kumar of Traditional Yoga and an International Teacher Training course in Power Yoga under Uttara Sharma. Having studied both traditional and power yoga, Ravleen is more creative and less repetitive in her practice. She dreams of passing on the magic and power of yoga to others for the benefit of the society.
